Why do people in the Philippines do this?

Filipinos are like that. They don't do things seriously. They procrastinate if they can, and they depend on it if they can. It's a habit all over the country, and 99% of them are like this. They are unreasonable and shameless. First of all, they are naturally optimistic. Even if their homes are flooded by typhoons, children and adults can still play with water and have fun. Some Filipinos value money very much. If they have money, they go to eat first. If they have no money, they are hungry. If an American dies, the Philippine President will go to the American Embassy to apologize. They just have no brains, just like China's dogs. The other seven aunts and eight aunts are all dead.
