People who can't adapt will inevitably start to resent the swarming strangers, especially the low-end laborers engaged in basic service industries.

Choice under division of labor

Because if you are overworked for a living, it means that your work reward is seriously devalued and your labor value is not respected, which is certainly not what a normal society should have. It can't be blamed that the aborigines are unwilling to do this kind of work. People still have to pay attention to personal values, and they will not be slaves to companies and jobs like you foreigners. This kind of self-squeezing by outsiders without a bottom line cannot bring about the realization of self-goals, because once the lower limit is broken, there must be no lower limit, and many new Beijingers who have worked hard in Beijing for many years are still struggling for survival.
In the final analysis, it is the lack of a fair and just employment environment to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers in our society, which makes the value of workers generally depreciate. If workers can't get proper returns, they will have no time to spend, because limited time is devoted to low-return jobs; There must be no money to spend, because all the hard money must be used to maintain a minimum survival. Such social reality makes stimulating consumption and stimulating domestic demand an empty talk.
When will you stop cursing from a distance?
In the past two years, whenever you encounter topics related to real life, such as smog, traffic congestion, high housing prices, difficulty in going to school, and difficulty in seeking medical treatment, you can see some low-level Beijingers and foreigners swearing at each other. It is often the problem that Beijingers dislike the influx of foreigners. If they think Beijing is not good, you foreigners will get out of Beijing, but ignore the contribution made by foreigners to the development of the city where we live together, and are not prepared to accept that everyone is from Beijing.
In fact, as the bottom, why bother the bottom. Whether it is aborigines or migrant workers, what everyone needs most is mutual understanding and respect. If everything between the bottom and classes is constantly pinching each other instead of helping each other and uniting for their due rights, this society will never be fair and just, and the mutual harm between the bottom and the bottom will never stop.
