According to the regulatory detailed planning of Xiba Island in Yichang City, Xiba Island is bounded by Gezhouba in the north and faces the river on the three sides, with a land area of 1.85 square kilometers. Among them, Shangxiba is planned to be the office land of hydropower enterprises (the land adjacent to the dam on the west side of Xingfu Road) and the urban residential area (the road from Xingfu Road to Xiba No.3), and the land adjacent to the dam focuses on strengthening the landscape environment construction, which is in harmony with the tourism landscape of Gezhouba; Residential areas focus on transforming existing residential areas, improving living environment and building high-grade comprehensive urban residential areas.
