Cereals, oils and vegetable proteins; 3. Food nutrition and chemistry. The contents of the lecture include the principle of food processing, the introduction of food technology, the application function of carbohydrates and the technical development.

In June 2003, Southwest University received a master's degree (food chemistry and nutrition), and in 2006, Southwest University received a doctor's degree in engineering (food chemistry and nutrition).
