Singaporeans who leave Chinese mainland, regardless of their nationality, are not allowed to enter or transfer at new places. China citizens who leave from countries or regions outside Chinese mainland and have not visited Chinese mainland within 14 days may transit through Singapore, but they cannot enter the country. New permanent residents and long-term permit holders can enter the country and take the initiative to apply for 14 days holiday. The issuance of all kinds of new visas to China passport holders will be suspended, and the application of previously issued short-term visas and multiple-entry visas and visa transit facilitation measures will be suspended. During this period, holders will not be allowed to enter the country. Those who are restricted from entering Singapore in the above prevention and control measures may apply for entry to the new immigration office if there are special reasons.
