Senburi Village, Gongga County, Shannan City, with an altitude of 3,600 meters, is located on the banks of the Yarlung Zangbo River, facing Qushui County in Lhasa across the mountain in the northwest, the Gongga Airport Expressway in Lhasa in the east and the Yarlung Zangbo River in the west and south. The first phase of Senbuli was relocated to Yaqu Township, Gacuo Township, Cuozhe Qiangma Township and Sewu Township in Amdo County, involving 957 households with 4058 people.

The second phase of Senbuli moved to Jiwa Township and Ejina Township in Nima County, Doma Township, Xiede Township, Baling Township and Cuoluo Town in Shuanghu County, involving 6,306 households and 26,304 people.

The third phase relocation of Senwuli involves Bang 'ai Township, Zhaqu Township, Gangni Township and Qiangma Town in Amdo County, Asuo Township (whole village relocation) and Zhongcang Township (whole village relocation) in Nima County, with a total of 2,748 households 1 1243 people.

There are also some industrial projects, such as Samburi Modern Ranch Project, Samburi Facility Agriculture Project, Samburi Lin Jing Country Project (a thousand acres of apple dwarfing cultural park has been built), and wool spinning project (an animal husbandry product processing industrial park under construction), in order to improve their employment skills and increase their income.
