Ningxia College Entrance Examination Plus Points Policy

Legal analysis: According to the relevant regulations, minority candidates in the whole region can add 10 to the total score of their unified examination; Candidates from ethnic minorities in mountainous areas who apply for local colleges and universities can increase their total scores by 20 points; Candidates from ethnic minorities and Han nationality in mountainous areas who apply for colleges and universities in this area can add 10 to the total score of their unified examination results. Candidates who meet multiple care items at the same time can only take the largest score when filling in the form, and may not accumulate.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Opinions of the Admissions Committee of the Autonomous Region on Printing and Distributing retains six national college entrance examination plus points.

1. Keep bonus items such as "Children of Martyrs", "Hui Nationality" and "Retired Soldiers who have won Second Class Merit or been awarded honorary titles by units above the military region". Candidates who meet one of the above conditions can add 20 points to the total score of the college entrance examination culture course, and the university will decide whether to admit them. Among them, "children of martyrs" provide the original certificate issued by the civil affairs department at or above the county level, and "children of military martyrs" shall be subject to the original certificate issued by the political department of the provincial military region; "Hui candidates" are subject to household registration. If the ethnic composition changes, the results of the audit by the local religious affairs bureau shall prevail, and the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the autonomous region (Religious Affairs Bureau) shall be responsible for the spot check and review; "Veterans who have won second-class merit (inclusive) or been awarded honorary titles by units above the military region (inclusive) during their service" shall be certified by the original certificate of meritorious service and the original certificate issued by the examination and approval authority of the unit where they have rendered meritorious service.

2, keep "other ethnic minorities except Hui", "returned overseas Chinese, their children, returned overseas Chinese and Taiwan Province provincial candidates" and "self-employed retired soldiers" bonus items. Candidates who meet one of the above conditions can add 10 to the total score of the cultural course in the college entrance examination, and the university will decide whether to admit them. Among them, "minority candidates" are subject to household registration. If the ethnic composition changes, the results of the audit by the local religious affairs bureau shall prevail, and the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the autonomous region (Religious Affairs Bureau) shall be responsible for the spot check and review; "Returned overseas Chinese, their relatives' children, returned overseas Chinese's children and Taiwan Province provincial candidates" shall be based on the original certificate issued by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (Taiwan Affairs Office) of the autonomous region; "Self-employed retired soldiers" shall be subject to the retirement certificate issued by the army and the original self-employed certificate issued by the local civil affairs department.

Article 3 Keep and improve the 1 local college entrance examination plus points, and keep the "mountain" local supporting plus points to further clarify the scope of students in "mountain". The specific performance is as follows:

1, a mountainous Han candidate who has a household registration and high school status in Guyuan City (including Yuanzhou District, Xiji County, Jingyuan County, Longde County and Pengyang County) and Hongsibao District, Yanchi County, Tongxin County and Haiyuan County (hereinafter referred to as "mountainous area") and has completed high school education in mountainous schools (including Ningxia Liupanshan Senior High School and Ningxia Yucai Middle School). When applying for this voluntary college, you can add 10, 20 and 30 points to the total score of the college entrance examination culture course to provide files, and the college will examine and decide whether to accept them.

2. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, students from the four townships (towns) of Shoushuishui, Xingren, Xu Tao and Haochuan in the above-mentioned mountainous counties (districts) can apply for the college entrance examination with reference to the "mountainous areas" policy.

3. Children of policy immigrants whose household registration has moved from mountainous areas to counties (cities, districts) and autonomous regions in Sichuan, who moved to Sichuan by themselves and their guardians in May of that year, are counted as 3 1, and those who sign up for the college entrance examination within six years (including that year) can refer to the "mountainous areas" bonus policy. After six years, they will no longer be qualified for the college entrance examination in mountainous areas. Among them, the identification of the candidates' identity and relocation time of immigrant children shall be based on the certificate issued by the poverty alleviation (immigration) department of the relocation county (city, district) according to the electronic roster of relocated immigrants.

4. Starting from the freshmen enrolled in the autumn, the registered students in mountainous areas of Yinchuan No.1 Middle School and Wuzhong no longer enjoy the qualification of extra points in the college entrance examination in mountainous areas. If the same candidate meets multiple bonus conditions, he can only get the highest score, and all bonus points shall not be accumulated.
