3. Foreign language conditions

The above-mentioned applicants for studying abroad at public expense should be able to master the language of the corresponding country, be proficient in reading foreign professional books and periodicals, and have certain listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Trainers and visiting scholars must take the WSK foreign language proficiency test organized by the State Education Commission, and achieve the results stipulated by the state, or graduate from the same language foreign language major, or study in the same language country for more than one year.

Public study abroad process

1. All citizens of China who meet the application conditions stipulated in this brochure can apply for the national study abroad fund according to the prescribed procedures and methods.

2. The applicant shall submit the following application materials

The applicant shall submit the application materials in six copies, one original and five copies. When submitting materials, the registration fee and review fee shall be paid as required, totaling 500 yuan/person.

For the convenience of the applicant, the application materials are entrusted by the Scholarship Committee to accept the application for study abroad funds in relevant countries * * * hereinafter referred to as "the accepting institution" * * *. The accepting institution accepts consultation, conducts preliminary examination and other matters. 4. Except for scholarship projects, that is, "non-face-to-face application projects", the Scholarship Fund Committee does not directly accept individual applications, and all application materials must be submitted through the relevant national scholarship application acceptance agencies.

5. The specific time for accepting institutions to provide relevant consultation and accept applications varies slightly according to different regions.
