Why is it that only Argentina in South America is white...like Brazil and Uruguay, there are black people?

Argentina is mostly of Spanish and Italian descent, with a majority of white people. Spanish is also very different from other Spanish-speaking Latin American countries. Many words are Italian and the pronunciation is very similar. Most of the people in other countries are the descendants of the intermarriage between European colonists and local indigenous people, or they are the descendants of black slaves sold from Africa at that time, and there are some mixed blood and so on, so it is more mixed.
