Spanish immigration naturalization policy:

1. All those who have legally lived in Spain for ten years;

2. All people who were born in the West and lived for one year;

3. Married to a Spaniard, never divorced or actually separated, and lived in the West for one year;

4. Political refugees have lived in the West for five years;

5. The nationals of Latin American countries have lived in the West for two years;

6. Born outside Spain, parents or grandparents are from Spain and have lived in Spain for one year;

7. Spaniards or foreigners adopted by Spanish institutions have lived in the West for two years.

Who can enjoy western nationality at birth?

1. One parent is Spanish;

2. Born in Spain to foreign parents, but one of the parents was also born in Spain;

3. Born in Spain to foreign parents, stateless or unable to acquire nationality according to the laws of the parents' country;

4. Born in Spain with unknown parents.
