The support card number will not change in the later period of immigration, and now it is a one-card system, with one card for each person.

In the past, subsidy funds were paid by banks, because some recipients had more than one card, and their accounts were abnormal, so subsidy funds could not be credited to the recipients' accounts in time. Starting from this year, "one card" will be issued. The card number of the direct subsidy immigrant will be obtained by the system through the name and ID number of the direct subsidy immigrant provided by the business department.
