The difference between Chinese and abc

Cultural differences, language differences and social adaptability are different.

Cultural differences are different: As an immigrant group, most China people have been influenced by China culture during their growth, such as family education, Chinese studies education and the inheritance of traditional culture. So in many ways, they still keep the cultural characteristics of China. In contrast, ABC people were born and raised in the United States, and they received American cultural education, which made them a unique cultural group. Although they also know about China culture, they are more influenced by American culture in their daily life.

Language differences: One of the biggest differences between Chinese and ABC is language. Most people in China can speak Chinese, and Chinese is the main communication language. Thanks to Chinese education, the Chinese level of Chinese-Americans is relatively high. ABC can only speak English, and people who grew up in the United States have a much better command of English than ordinary people in China. Although they may also learn Chinese, ABC's Chinese level is much worse than that of China people.

Social adaptability is different: Chinese and ABC also have great differences in social adaptability. Before coming to the United States, Chinese Americans were burdened with many domestic pressures, such as family expectations and the responsibility of supporting the elderly. They need to face the pressure of work, study, language and culture, which puts higher demands on their social adaptability. ABC grew up in the United States, accepted the localized social habits and culture, and adapted to the American social environment more easily.
