Its main functions are urban water supply, industrial park water supply, irrigation in rural areas and drinking water for people and livestock. By the design level year (2030), it can provide domestic water for urban residents and rural people and animals in Pu 'an County, Light Industry Industrial Park and Jiangxi Pozhen. The water consumption of Yakoutian Industrial Park is 941.5000 m3/year (design guarantee rate =95%), which can solve the problem of 24798 people and1.51. The irrigation water supply is 5.806 million cubic meters/year (design guarantee rate =80%), which can meet the irrigation water demand of 2 1.642 mu of cultivated land.

After the project proposal is approved, Baishui Reservoir Project will enter the feasibility study stage.
