Lai 'an County is located in the eastern border of Anhui Province, bordering Nanqiao District, Langya District and mingguang city in Chuzhou City in the west, Liuhe District and Tianchang City in Nanjing City in the east, Xuyi County in the north and Pukou District in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province in the south. However, due to the inconvenient local traffic, the roads are mostly Class 4 or other roads with a width of 3.5 to 4.5 meters, which makes the rich local natural resources and human resources not be used efficiently.

Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, Lai 'an County has implemented the "Four Good Rural Roads" upgrading project, effectively combining the "Industrial Road", "Tourist Road" and "Four Good Rural Roads" and making a scientific overall plan.

The Laihongling section of Chuzhou Jianghuai Watershed Scenic Road was included in Chuzhou Global Tourism "1 Project", with an investment of 300 million yuan. All the above roads were upgraded to 8 meters wide, with a total length of * * 32.579 kilometers, namely, village road F04 Yuhong, village road F06 Guo Ling road, county road 002 Baoshi road, county road 029 Yangtun road and county road 030 Liuyu road.

The road reconstruction of Jianghuai watershed scenic spot in Laihongling will connect East China International Landscape Garden City, Egret Island Scenic Spot, Peacock Temple, Tuncang Lake, Fangjiagang Sakura Valley, Baoshan Ancient Ginkgo biloba, Shijie brand ancient village, Alpine Grand Canyon, Yinfan, Longwosi Forest Park, Wandong Martyrs Cemetery and Cai Wu International Resort in series.

It has formed a global tourism development pattern of "from point to line and from line to surface", which has promoted the vigorous development of rural tourism.

The upgraded tourist highway is spacious and tidy, with uniform traffic markings, colorful slow-moving comprehensive lanes and three-dimensional greening. The rural scenery set off by the brand-new image is more pleasant, as if a "pearl chain" strung the whole beautiful countryside.

Relying on the scenic road of Jianghuai Watershed in Chuzhou, the successful holding of a series of activities, such as Anhui trip conference and the first Sakura Valley eco-cultural tourism festival in Laian Hongling, not only revitalized the local tourism resources, but also promoted the development of rural economy, which made Laian famous.
