What do you mean by Asian?

Asians refer to Asian citizens, mainly including Chinese Americans, Filipino Americans, Korean Americans and Indian Americans in the United States. The migration time was mostly in the 1940s and 1950s. As of 20 17, 1, Asians account for 5.4% of the American population.

Overseas Chinese refer to people who have China nationality but live abroad or have lived abroad for a long time.

China people are of China origin, but their nationality is not China.

China people are foreigners, but they are essentially from China.

On the other hand, China people are also the collective name of all China people.

The Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Returned Overseas Chinese in People's Republic of China (PRC) clearly stipulates: "Overseas Chinese are China citizens designated to live abroad."

The State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and other departments explained that foreign Chinese refer to people who were originally overseas Chinese or descendants of Chinese and later joined or acquired the nationality of their country of residence.
