Laolan Reservoir is another major water conservancy project initiated by Yantai after menlou reservoir, Bathing Reservoir and Wangwu Reservoir in 1950s. It is a strategic measure to solve Yantai's long-term water shortage problem and ensure the city's water safety. Two resettlement houses, with a total area of 1.73 million square meters, were completed in June 2020 and passed the main acceptance. The resettlement houses in Huili Fucheng Phase II include 1 1 relocation building and 1 commercial supporting building, which can accommodate 786 immigrants. Supporting the construction of a farmer's market covering an area of 654.38+2,000 square meters and commercial outlets covering an area of 654.38+0,000 square meters to provide convenient living conditions for immigrants in the reservoir area and the surrounding people.
