What does Xinqiu Nier mean?

The common people had to drag their children with them and cry loudly. They were forced to leave their homeland and have been away from home ever since.

Migration and pioneering were so difficult that many people lost their lives. Even those who survived, most of them never returned to their homeland. The price of "belief" is so high and the consequences are so miserable, how can they still dare to "believe"? As a result, the word "belief in the ball" became a pain in the hearts of those who immigrated to Henan, and it was passed down as a heavy lesson.

I doubt this story, just as I doubt the legends about some scenic spots. There are ruins first, and then legends are made up to support them.
