Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts was founded in 1938, formerly known as Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. 1999 was upgraded by the Singapore government to be equivalent to the government polytechnic, and was subsidized by the Ministry of Education.
