Are American bursaries open to China students?

Grants are sponsored by the federal government to help low-income families or low-income students go to college. Of course, they are only available to American citizens and legal residents (green card holders).

Scholarships come from many sources, such as the school itself providing incentives for learning and extracurricular activities, community service, etc. There are also awards for outstanding students from various social organizations, companies or funds. You have to apply for them yourself.

Scholarship and grant are two completely different concepts.
