The list includes 37 cities, namely Beijing, Changzhou, Chengdu, Dalian, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Harbin, Hangzhou, Hefei, Hohhot, Jinan, Kunming, Lanzhou, Nanchang, Nanjing, Nanning, Nantong, Ningbo, Qingdao, Quanzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Tianjin, Wenzhou and Urumqi.
