How do New Zealand minor children immigrate?

Basic conditions for the migration of minor children:

Age 17- 19 years old; Single; No children;

Whether living with parents or guardians or not, the applicant must be totally or mostly dependent on his parents financially;

Parents have legally and permanently settled in New Zealand;

The applicant was born or adopted by his parents before his parents submitted their application for settlement, and his parents have stated this in the application form for settlement;

Born after the parents applied for settlement;

New Zealand law recognizes adoption in New Zealand or adoption abroad.

Minor children can also apply if they meet the following conditions:

The age is below 16 or 16; Single;

Whether living with parents or guardians or not, the applicant must be totally or mostly dependent on his parents financially;

Parents have legally and permanently settled in New Zealand;

The applicant was born or adopted by his parents before his parents submitted their application for settlement, and his parents have stated this in the application form for settlement;

Born after parents applied for settlement, or adopted in New Zealand, or adopted overseas and recognized by New Zealand law.

If the applicant is under the age of 16 and one of his parents lives outside New Zealand, the parents living in New Zealand must produce evidence to prove that the applicant's custody or visiting rights outside New Zealand will not be violated after his arrival in New Zealand.
