In order to punish criminal activities that hinder the administration of the state (border) and maintain the order of the administration of the state (border), according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), some issues concerning the application of law in handling such cases are explained as follows:
