It cannot be simply divided into urban and rural areas. Relatively concentrated in cities. More in West Germany, of course, there is no exact statistics.

It depends on the country of immigration. The largest number of Turkish immigrants are all over Germany, such as Ruhr, Cologne and Wuppertal in the western cities, and Berlin and Mannheim in densely populated areas. Vietnamese from Asia have many Asian supermarkets in big cities and many in East Germany. Leipzig, Berlin, Dresden and so on.

China people are very common in big cities. There are many China workers and settlers in Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt. But it is not clear whether it is an immigrant.

If you marry a German, it will be more dispersed, depending on where your German husband lives.
