Advantages of dual vocational education in Germany

Germany's high education level and high gold content of diplomas are universally recognized, and it is one of the few countries in the world where education is not market-oriented. Primary and secondary schools implement free and compulsory education, and most universities are also free, treating immigrants equally.

Germany's dual vocational education has attracted worldwide attention and has always been in the leading position in the world. The so-called "dual vocational education" means that the whole training process is carried out in factories, enterprises and national vocational schools (BBS for short). This educational model focuses on enterprise training, and the practice in enterprises is closely combined with theoretical teaching in vocational schools.

Germany's dual system model lasts for 2 ~ 3.5 years, with middle school graduates as the main body, whose intellectual characteristics are mainly thinking in images, and the training objects are technical managers. Teaching is carried out alternately in enterprises and vocational schools, about 60%-70% of the time is in enterprises and 40%-30% of the time is in schools. In the way of training organization, enterprises are used for practical training, and training schools complete the training of corresponding theoretical knowledge. Both enterprises and vocational schools have completed the training of vocational school students.
