Q: What is EW-3 unskilled labor migration?

Answer: American EW-3 immigrants, that is, unskilled labor immigrants, are the third category in the immigration column, which is recognized by the American immigration law sec.203(b)(3). As long as the applicant obtains the long-term employment guarantee permission from the American employer, he can obtain a labor card and apply for immigration to the Immigration Bureau.
