Australia refused to apply for a visa

Look at the last page of your passport. If you stamp the visa refusal, it will be stamped there. Generally, the visa must be changed if it is refused, and it doesn't matter if it is stamped or not. The embassy has a record of refusing visas. If you refuse a visa, you won't send a refusal letter. If you refuse the visa because of insufficient materials, you will generally be told what materials are missing. Just fill in the materials before applying. You can apply again at any time after refusing the visa. There is no time limit.
