Methods 1- Apply for study abroad/graduate school, and find a job in a company or institution that can apply for a work visa for you after completing your studies. After working for a certain period of time, you can apply for legal residency and get a green card.

Method 2-Obtain advanced certificates of certain occupations/industries in China, and apply for a green card as a skilled immigrant after being employed by large American enterprises or institutions.

Method 3-Enter the United States by means of illegal immigration or overstaying, and then ask a lawyer to help apply for political asylum. After success, you can get legal residency, that is, a green card.
