Where is Panzhihua in China?

Panzhihua is located in the southwest border of Sichuan, where Yalong River and Jinsha River meet. It is a new iron and steel industrial city in Sichuan. 1965, in order to develop Panzhihua iron ore resources, the city was established, which was originally named Panzhihua Special Zone, later officially named Dukou City and later renamed Panzhihua City. This city is a city with unique southern subtropical scenery in the same latitude. There are tall and straight Panzhihua trees (kapok trees) growing everywhere in the urban area, hence the name Panzhihua City.
