Located 4 kilometers north of Gouquan Village, on the west bank of Dazhangzhuang River. As the resident of the village committee, there are 14 surnames, with Kong as the main surname. Cultivated land 1030 mu, tidal flat area of 2300 mu, belonging to mountainous area and grange reservoir area. Mainly produces wheat, corn, apples and so on. There are village-run cement plants, pre-processing plants and so on.

Feng of Xucun is a big family, and he is a descendant of the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty. In the west of the village, there are abundant tombs and stone tablets. Shengfeng (? ~ 1395), formerly known as Guo Sheng, was the younger brother of Feng, a general in the early Ming Dynasty, and was born in Dingyuan, Chuzhou, Anhui. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, the Feng brothers defected to Zhu Yuanzhang and fought everywhere, making outstanding achievements. Zhu Yuanzhang is regarded as a confidant. Sheng Feng was promoted to marshal, pro-army commander, right commander, right Zhan, right deputy general, "Dr. Rong Lu, right countries" and "joining the army for state affairs", and was named "Duke of Song". In the twenty years of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1387), he served as General Lu, led 200,000 troops to conquer Naha, captured more than 200,000 people and a large number of trench. He was one of the eight founding fathers announced by the court in the 25th year of Hongwu (1392), ranking third. Zhu Yuanzhang killed heroes in his later years. In the 28th year of Hongwu (1395), Shengfeng was sentenced to death for the "blue prison" case.

Why Shengfeng was buried in Xucun after his death remains to be verified. The Records of Mengyin County written by Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty read: "Feng Guosheng in Ming Dynasty and Feng Guogong in Song Dynasty ... were recorded by generals, and their tombs were in Xucun." Now the tombstone is well preserved. According to the investigation, the village was built in the Song Dynasty, and Feng's genealogy records: "My Feng's ancestral home was Zaoqiang County, Jizhou, and I moved to Fengjiazhuang, Henan Province during the Ming Hongwu period, and moved to Xu Cun in the middle period. . . . "。

In the village east, Marshal Chen Yi tied a war horse to a locust tree, hence the name "Ma Tiehuai". The special reinforcement, protection and management of villagers are now flourishing. Legend has it that a princess was betrothed to a strong man in the village, died before marriage, and was buried in Fenghuang Mountain in the west of the village, hence the name Xu Village.
