How to apply for a Vietnamese visa?

Regarding the types of visas, I believe everyone should know something about them, such as business visas, work visas, study visas and so on. This is the case with the four most common visas in Vietnam. Today, Bian Xiao will share with you how to apply for these four kinds of Vietnamese visas. Friends in need will come and have a look!

1, business visa 1, applicable to people.

Individuals who go to Vietnam for business activities

2. Application conditions

(1) As a business partner, I went to Vietnam for business investigation, contract negotiation and other related business activities.

(2) Personal passport is valid for at least 6 months.

(3) If the guarantee is provided by a Vietnamese company, the guarantee entry formalities must be handled at the Vietnamese Immigration Bureau.

3. Application materials:

(1) Copy of the first page of the applicant's personal passport (the passport is valid for at least 6 months)

(2) 2 inch (35MM*45mm) personal photos of the applicant with a white background (2 photos).

(3) Business license of the guarantee company in Vietnam (notarized locally in Vietnam)

(4) Contact information of Vietnam guarantee company (name+telephone number)

Step 4: Process

Step 1: the applicant submits four basic materials to the visa agency.

(1) Copy of the first page of personal passport

(2) One-inch personal photos with white background (2 photos)

(3) Business license of Vietnam guarantee company (photo or scanned copy)

(4) Contact information of Vietnam guarantee company (name+telephone number)

Step 2: The visa agency makes four visa application materials according to the applicant's information.

(1) Entry Application Form (Applicant)

(2) Form 2)NA 16 (Applicant)

(3) Letter of introduction (Vietnam Guarantee Company)

(4) Letter of Guarantee (Vietnam Guarantee Company)

Step 3: The applicant sends five originals of visa application materials to the visa agency.

(1) Copy of the first page of the applicant's personal passport (sealed by the guarantee company of Vietnam)

(2) Entry Application Form +NA 16 Form (signature of the applicant+seal of the guarantee company of Vietnam)

(2) Notarial certificate of business license of Vietnam guarantee company (the Vietnamese version of notarial certificate shall be handled at the Vietnam Notary Office)

(4) Letter of introduction from Vietnam guarantee company (legal person signature+seal of Vietnam guarantee company)

(5) Letter of Guarantee from Vietnam Guarantee Company (signature of legal person+seal of Vietnam Guarantee Company)

Step 4: The visa agency will submit the visa information of the applicant to the Vietnamese embassy and consulate, and issue the visa in about 3-5 working days. After issuing the visa, the visa issuing agency shall mail the original business visa to the applicant.

5. Visa duration

Three months (single time)

2. Work visa 1, applicable to people.

Individuals who go to Vietnam to work permanently

2. Application conditions

(1) Individuals who work permanently in local companies in Vietnam.

(2) Personal passport is valid for at least 6 months.

(3) The local Vietnamese company that hired the applicant has obtained the work permit in Vietnam for the applicant.

Remarks: Vietnam Work Permit is an official document issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Vietnam, which allows its holder to work legally in Vietnam, and can only be applied with the assistance of the employer company of foreign workers in Vietnam. Vietnam work permit is an important document to apply for a Vietnam work visa.

3. Application materials:

(1) Copy of the first page of the applicant's personal passport (the passport is valid for at least 6 months)

(2) Personal photo of the applicant with a 2-inch white background (electronic version)

(3) A copy of the business license of the local company in Vietnam.

(7) Applicant's Vietnam Work Permit

Step 4: Process

Step 1: The applicant entrusts the visa agency to submit the application materials to the Vietnamese Immigration Bureau.

Step 2: The Vietnamese Immigration Bureau issues work approval to the applicants who have passed the examination.

Step 3: The visa agency submits the following visa application materials to the Vietnamese embassy and consulate to apply for a work visa.

(1)NA 1 form (visa application form)

(2) Original passport of the applicant

(3) the applicant's work approval issued by the Vietnamese Immigration Bureau.

Step 4: Vietnamese embassies and consulates review the application materials of applicants and issue visas after about 3-5 working days. After the visa is issued, the visa agency will mail the original work visa to the applicant.

5. Visa duration

Up to 2 years, renewable.

3. Visa for visiting relatives 1, applicable to people.

Individuals visiting relatives and family reunion in Vietnam.

2. Application conditions

China spouses and children in Sino-Vietnamese marriage (those who have obtained marriage certificates)

3. Application materials:

(1) Scanned home pages of personal passports (valid for at least 6 months) of both applicants and Vietnamese spouses.

(2) A copy of the Vietnamese spouse's Vietnamese identity card.

(3) Copy of marriage certificate

(4) A copy of the child's birth certificate (required when the child applies for a visa)

(5) 2-inch photo of the applicant with white background (electronic version)

Step 4: Process

(1) The applicant submits the application materials to the visa agency.

(2) The visa agency shall make relevant application forms on its behalf and submit the visa application of the applicant to the Vietnamese embassy or consulate.

(3) After 3-5 working days, the visa agency will send the visa back to the applicant.

5. Visa duration

Five years (multiple times)

4, study visa 1, suitable for people.

Individuals studying in Vietnam (regardless of age)

2. Application conditions

Individuals who have been admitted to Vietnam University and approved by Vietnam University to study abroad.

3. Application materials:

(1) Scan the first page of the applicant's personal passport (valid for at least 6 months)

(2) A copy of the applicant's approval for attending Vietnam University.

(3) 2-inch photo of the applicant with white background (electronic version)

Step 4: Process

(1) The applicant submits the application materials to the visa agency.

(2) The visa agency shall make relevant application forms on its behalf and submit the visa application of the applicant to the Vietnamese embassy or consulate.

(3) After 2-3 working days, the visa agency will send the visa back to the applicant.

5. Visa duration

Consistent with the examination and approval period for studying abroad.
