Geneva is visa-free to China.
Official website, the Swiss Federal Office for Migration, shows that China citizens with valid China passports can stay in Switzerland for no more than 90 days without a visa for tourism, business or visiting relatives and friends. As a city in Switzerland, Geneva also applies this policy.
It should be noted that visa-free China citizens need to provide valid proof materials such as air tickets, hotel reservations and travel to travel itinerary when entering the country to prove their travel purpose and itinerary.
