How to immigrate to Russia

(3) Foreign technicians and special talents who can contribute to economic development.

Application method for immigrating to Russia:

Letters of guarantee from relatives and friends and proof of kinship;

(2) Relevant materials of the applicant;

(3) Relevant approval documents of the Russian Entry-Exit Affairs Bureau, etc.

The applicant applies for an immigrant visa at the Russian Embassy in China with his passport and the above documents.
