How to apply for a permanent residence visa in Singapore

If you buy a house in Singapore (more than S $500,000), you can apply for permanent residence.

Family members of the applicant, including spouses and unmarried children (including minors and adults) will also be eligible to apply.

Singapore Green Card (SPR) is a permanent residence permit issued by the Singapore government to foreign citizens who immigrate to Singapore for settlement. Holding this green card means that the cardholder has permanent residency in Singapore, but the permit needs to be renewed. Such people are called permanent residents of Singapore, and in English they are called permanent residents of Singapore, or "SPR" for short.

Under normal circumstances, applicants who immigrate to Singapore first obtain "SPR" status, and at the same time, they can be exempted from entry visas for a certain period of time with a green card.

Immigrants are not necessarily granted permanent residency, but also have temporary residency.
