Where does Ban Ling Village belong?

Ban Ling Village in East Jang Jin is located in the west of Dong Zhang Town, with a total population of11kloc-0/,325 households. It has jurisdiction over 2 natural villages (Douhua Natural Village and Ban Ling Natural Village) and 6 villagers' groups, with more than 800 immigrants. It is an immigrant village in the reservoir area. There are 53 village branches in party member, with 365 mu of cultivated land and 325 mu of mountainous area.

Ban Ling Village is the resettlement village of Dongzhang Reservoir. The main crops are rice, sweet potato, water bamboo, taro and various vegetables. The main fruit trees are loquat, longan, bayberry, persimmon and citrus, and the main tree species are Pinus elliottii, Pinus massoniana and Eucalyptus grandis.

Ban Ling Village is adjacent to Xiangshan Village, Laidi Village, Advanced Village, Nanhu Village, Sanxing Village, Qingyuan Community, Daoqiao Village, Luling Village, Xialing Village, Huashi Village, Cuihou Village, Jinzhi Village, Shuangxi Village and Xianfeng Village.

On February 20th, 2020, the list of the third batch of provincial-level traditional villages in Fujian Province was released, and Ban Ling Village was on the list.

There are many tourist attractions near Ban Ling Village, such as Lingshishan National Forest Park, Fuqing South Shaolin Temple, Ni Martyrs Memorial Park, Zhongzhongzhangwei Village Resident, Lingshi Temple, and the birthplace of Fuqing mixed party branch. There are also some special products, such as clams, Yuxi longan, Yidu loquat, Fu innocent shrimp and laver oyster cake.
