Do I need a real estate license to move my account?

The original (copy) of the real estate license is required to move the household registration. The following materials are also required:

1. Residents with legal permanent residence.

Application materials for migration: application form for migration account; Certificate of receiving unit; The household registration certificate and family member relationship certificate or notarial certificate of the demolished person; Original ID card or household register of the applicant and the person to be demolished (copy retained); Original property certificate (copy retained).

2. Have a relatively stable source of occupation or life.

What are the procedures for account transfer?

1. Submit the application for household registration to the relevant departments, and submit various materials and certificates as required. For example, marriage certificates should be provided for marriage, universities should provide admission notices, and investment immigrants should provide materials.

2. The household registration authority in the place of immigration shall examine the application and the attached materials. If it passes the examination, a license will be issued. Do not meet the conditions, by the public security organs issued specific instructions. For example, the submitted materials are incomplete and need to be resubmitted for review.

3. The current household registration will be sent to the required materials for review.

4. Approved by the current household registration police station, the household registration will be moved out and the household registration certificate will be issued. If it does not meet the requirements, it needs improvement to pass the application.

5. After all the formalities are passed, a new household registration book and a new ID card will be issued. It is worth noting that the ID card cannot be processed immediately, so don't return the existing ID card yet.
