Can Huanghua immigrants apply for a house?

This problem is handled in two aspects, one is to solve the problem of separation of people and households, and the other is to meet the application for homestead.

According to the Notice on Regulating the Registration of Rural Residents' Household Registration, rural residents who meet one of the following conditions may apply for registration in registered permanent residence:

1. Having another legal house in the village after marriage;

2. There is another legal housing in the village community after divorce, or there is no legal housing in the village community, but it has been divorced for more than half a year;

3, in the village to build another legal independent housing to live.

The required conditions are: a, a written application; B, household registration book; C marriage certificate or divorce certificate (including court divorce judgment);

4, rural legal housing certificate (including rural housing ownership certificate, rural housing division certificate, the people's court judgment on rural housing division).
