What is a blue card?

A system recently introduced by the European Union, imitating the American green card, aims to attract skilled immigrants from all over the world to work in the EU, so as to make up for the huge gap of high-tech talents.

The "Blue Card" is a free donation from China Taiping Insurance Group Taiping Property Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Taiping") mobilized by China Veterans Care Foundation to veterans and their families, and other special care recipients (including families of active servicemen). The guarantee period is one year, which is intended to reduce the financial burden of drug use for veterans.
