Is China passport exempt from Montenegro?

From April 20 15 17, citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) holding ordinary official passports can enter and transit Montenegro visa-free with an invitation letter in a specific format (template attached) issued by a legal entity in Montenegro, and the stay time will not exceed 30 days;

People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens with ordinary passports can enter and transit Montenegro without a visa and stay in Montenegro for no more than 30 days on the basis of the transportation ticket certificate of paying for travel itinerary, returning to China or a third country and other certificates issued by travel agencies.

The tour group here refers to the tour group composed of travel agencies that China and Montenegro signed the Agreement on Access to Tourism Market in Montenegro (which has been certified by the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro). Before joining the tour group, please be sure to confirm with the travel agency whether you have the above qualifications to receive visa-free visitors to China.

This visa facilitation policy does not apply to tour groups that travel from a third country for a "one-day tour" and do not spend the night in Black, that is, they cannot provide related "paid itineraries".
