Students who meet one of the following conditions are policy care students. After approval, their scope of application is the same as that of junior high school graduates with household registration in this city.

1. Both parents are school-age children who have been engaged in long-term field work such as geological exploration in this city and entrusted guardians to take care of them. There must be a certificate from the relevant unit at or above the department (bureau) level, and my work certificate.
