How to pay for a visa?

There are three main ways to pay visa fees in the United States:

1. Online payment

Please note that UnionPay debit card holders will pay .3% service fee. This fee is levied by UnionPay, not by CGI Stanley.

The most convenient way to pay the application fee for non-immigrant visa (NIV) is to pay online with a debit card issued by a local bank in China. The system does not accept credit cards. Once you log in to your profile, you will be able to pay by debit card.

You can only pay the visa fee online with a debit card issued by a local bank in China (we don't support credit cards or debit cards issued outside China). If you have problems paying online with a debit card, you may need to contact your issuing bank to activate the online payment function of this card. If you don't have a local debit card in China, please choose another payment method.

Pay in cash at the counter of CITIC Bank

You can pay the application fee for non-immigrant visa (NIV) in cash at any branch of CITIC Bank. Before going to the bank, you must log on to the profile page of the reservation website and print the corresponding US visa fee list. When paying the visa fee, please bring your passport and printed visa payment slip.

Please don't print multiple copies of the same US visa fee bill. The visa fee for each family member or group member will be regarded as an independent transaction. You must print a unique US visa bill for each transaction. When paying the visa fee, please bring your passport and printed visa payment slip. You will receive a receipt after the payment process is completed.

after the payment process is completed, please print the receipt number and keep it properly. Once lost, it cannot be replaced. If you do not provide the receipt number, you cannot make an appointment.

3. ATM Payment

You can pay the application fee for non-immigrant visa (NIV) at any ATM with the logo of CITIC Bank in China. Before paying the fee, please log in to our online system to create your personal data and print the transaction number of the ATM. When using an ATM, you need to enter the payment card information and the ATM transaction number, and select the "Fee Payment" option from the menu. When this option is selected, you should select "US Visa Fee" as the payment option, and then choose the visa type according to the prompt. After the payment is completed, the system will print a receipt containing "Visa Fee Receipt", so please keep it properly so as to arrange an appointment through the online system or the reservation center.
