What information is required for Taiwan Pass personal travel G visa?

According to the application information guidelines for the "Materials Required to be Submitted by Mainland Residents Applying for Travel to and from Taiwan", the following materials are required for Taiwan Pass personal travel G endorsement:

1. Submit the completed "Mainland China" Application Form for Residents Traveling to and from Taiwan".

2. Submit 2 recent color photos of the front face without hat and white background, the size is 33×48mm.

3. Submit your identity document for verification. The applicant must submit the original valid resident ID card (except those under 16 years old) and household registration book for inspection, and submit a copy.

Chinese citizens who have settled abroad and apply to travel to Taiwan after coming to the mainland will be accepted by the exit and entry administration department of the public security bureau in the place of temporary residence. You must submit your valid "Passport of the People's Republic of China" or "Travel Permit of the People's Republic of China", proof of residence abroad, and submit a copy.

If applying on behalf of the applicant, submit the original resident ID card of the agent for verification and submit a copy.

4. Submit a valid Taiwan entry permit and a copy.

5. If you already hold a valid "Taiwan Travel Permit for Mainland Residents", please submit the original document.

6. Opinions of the unit.

7. Registered national staff applying to travel to Taiwan must submit the opinions of their workplace.

8. Personnel holding an "approval for traveling to Taiwan" from the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council are not required to submit opinions from their workplace when applying to travel to Taiwan.

9. Submit supporting documents related to personal travel.
