Which countries can marry cousins?

There are 19 states in the United States that do not prohibit cousins from getting married, including California, Texas, Alaska, new york, Florida and Hawaii, which account for 0. 1% of the total population. In Japan, which accounts for 0.4% of the total population, cousin marriage is not prohibited at all, nor is it in Israel, most Arab countries, Pakistan and Turkey. Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Iraq have more than 30%.

There are probably some underdeveloped countries.
