According to the "Regulations on the Scope and Categories of Hard and Remote Areas" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2006] No. 61, the six types of hard-to-reach remote areas are as follows:

2. Shizuishan City: Dawukou District, Huinong District, Pingluo County

3. Wuzhong City: Litong District, Qingtongxia City

4 , Zhongwei City: Shapotou District, Zhongning County

1. Lanzhou City: Honggu District

2. Baiyin City: Baiyin District

3. Tianshui City: Qinzhou District, Maiji District

4. Qingyang City: Xifeng District, Qingcheng County, Heshui County, Zhengning County , Ning County

5. Pingliang City: Kongtong District, Jingchuan County, Lingtai County, Chongxin County, Huating County

1. Yan'an City: Tingchang County, Yanchuan County, Yuchang County, Ansai County, Zhidan County, Wuqi County, Ganquan County, Fuxian County, Yichuan County

Tongchuan City: Yijun County

Weinan City: Baishui County

Xianyang City: Yongshou County, Bin County, Changwu County, Xunyi County, Chunhua County

Baoji Cities: Long County, Taibai County Hanzhong City: Ningqiang County, Lueyang County, Zhenba County, Liuba County, Foping County
