Basic information of Liao Fang Reservoir

Liao Fang Reservoir is the second large reservoir built in Fuzhou. The dam site of the reservoir is located in Liaofang Village, Tian Peng Township, Linchuan, in the middle reaches of Fuhe River. The reservoir is named after its side. It involves three counties (districts) and 25 townships (towns and fields) in Jinchao Economic Development Zone, with 6 1 10,000 people. The control basin above the dam site covers an area of 7,060 square kilometers with an average annual runoff of 7.06 billion cubic meters. The project is mainly based on flood control and irrigation, taking into account the comprehensive benefits of power generation, water supply and shipping. The normal water level of the reservoir is 65 meters, the flood control limit water level is 6 1 meter in flood season, and the flood control high water level is 67.94 meters. The total storage capacity of the reservoir is 432 million cubic meters, the flood control storage capacity is 36.5438+0 billion cubic meters, the flood regulation storage capacity is 344 million cubic meters, and the regulation storage capacity is 6.5438+0.10.40 billion cubic meters. The total installed capacity of the power station is 49,500 kilowatts. The total length of the dam crest is 283m, the elevation of the dam crest is 70.5m, and the maximum dam height is 38.2m.. The design flood standard of the main dam is 1 0,000 years, and the design standard flood discharge is 6000 cubic meters per second. There are three auxiliary dams at three passes on the right bank about 2km upstream from the main dam, all of which are homogeneous earth dams, and the maximum dam heights are 9.8m, 2.8m and 2.5m respectively. The inundation scope of the reservoir area involves Tian Peng in Linchuan District, Shimen in Jinxi County, Yuekou in Nancheng County, JOE, Hongmen and Jianchang, 39 village (neighborhood) committees, 0/8556 immigrants in the reservoir area, and 28,403 mu of cultivated land is flooded.
