What are the reasons for the failure of applying for a study visa in Canada?

There are only two reasons, and these two reasons are the only reasons that Canadian immigration law gives visa officers the right to refuse applicants:

1. The visa officer is not satisfied that the applicant has enough funds (legal after-tax income) to pay for his study and living expenses in Canada.

The visa officer is not sure that the applicant will leave Canada after graduation.
