2. Applicants involved in cross-border education must submit high school diplomas, transcripts issued by mainland schools and proof of learning experience (or completion certificate).

3. If the applicant received higher education in a domestic university before going abroad and did not obtain a diploma, he/she should submit the "Certificate of Withdrawal" issued by the university for the applicant. The "Certificate of Withdrawal" must clearly state that the applicant has received general (or adult) higher education (graduate or undergraduate, junior college (higher vocational)) education at the university, and has dropped out of school without completing his studies for any reason.

4. Students sent by units or organizations to study abroad collectively must provide a certificate of government-sponsored study abroad issued by the sending unit and a list of publicly-sponsored study abroad personnel. The content of the certificate for government-sponsored study abroad includes the name of the government-sponsored project, start time, batch, number of dispatched personnel and basic information, name of the overseas (overseas) receiving institution, major, academic organization, etc. If it involves pre-departure training organized in China, it is necessary to explain the training content (foreign language/basic courses/professional courses/others), time, whether there is transfer of credits, etc. The certificate and list of students must be originals stamped with the official seal of the unit;

5. Those who have not yet obtained a degree certificate but have a letter proving that they have obtained a degree issued by the school they attended must have the letter and transcript translated;< /p>

6. Those who have obtained a degree certificate in a Russian-speaking country must provide a preparatory certificate;

7. Those who have obtained a degree certificate in Estonia must provide English and Estonian certificates;

< p>8. Those who have obtained a doctorate degree in Japan must provide proof of research, the abstract of the main thesis in the degree application form, and a list of topics for the secondary thesis;

9. Those who have obtained a degree certificate by studying in the United States, such as holding an F -1 visa, you need to provide the I-20 form; if you hold a J-1 visa, you need to provide the DS-2019 form;

10. Returnees who study in Canada need to submit a study permit issued by the Canadian Immigration Bureau ( studypermit);
