1. Qinghai-Tibet Plateau: Located in the southwest of China, it includes most of Tibet and Qinghai, as well as parts of western Sichuan, Xinjiang, Yunnan and Gansu. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has a high altitude and steep terrain, with an average altitude of more than 4,000 meters, and even as high as 6,000 meters in some places.
