Article 33 of Quebec Immigration Regulations is amended as follows:

The Minister selects immigrants from the following persons according to the Quebec Experience Immigration Program (PEQ):

(1) Obtained a professional diploma or part II A or B diploma issued by Quebec educational institutions within 3 years before the date of submitting the immigration application, including:

(1) Bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctor's degree;

Diploma in professional and technical courses;

C) Diploma certificate with more than c)900 hours;

(d) Vocational training diploma with more than d)900 hours;

(e) Vocational training certificate with more than e)900 hours.

(3) Foreigners and their spouses or de facto spouses (if any) must reach the intermediate level of French listening and speaking (double B2), that is, reach? There are three ways to prove this:

(a) Pass standardized examinations;

(b) Conduct interviews in accordance with article 35 of the Charter of the French Language;

Successfully completed at least 3 years of full-time higher education.

(4) Those who have completed at least 900 hours of full-time study or obtained more than 65,438+0,800 hours of diploma must stay in Quebec for more than half of the study period.

(6) Did not get a conditional scholarship (required to return to China).

(7) Those who have studied for more than 900 hours but less than 65,438+0,800 hours must have at least 6 months' work experience in Quebec after graduation, and their work is related to their major fields.

(8) Self-sufficiency in economic and financial conditions.

2. Modification of job classification PEQ

Article 34 is amended as follows:

According to the Quebec Experience Immigration Project (PEQ), the Minister selects immigrants from the following persons who work in Quebec or participate in international youth exchange programs. These personnel must meet the following requirements:

(1) Legal residence.

(2) There is indeed a full-time job in Quebec (this job needs to be in the list of necessary occupations stipulated in Article 28).

(3) have been employed, and must be:

(a) The person who is engaged in 0AB occupation has been engaged in this job for at least 24 months before applying for immigration 12 months;

(b) People who are engaged in CD occupation have been engaged in this job for at least 65,438+08 months in the 24 months before applying for immigration.

(4) Meet the national occupational classification and employment conditions.

(5) Meet the special conditions for providing employment.

(6) The work is not in the E list in Part 2.

(7) The enterprise you work for cannot be registered in the name of a foreigner or controlled by a foreigner.
