How long will it take to get a passport after the American immigrant visa is passed?

After the American immigrant visa is passed, it usually takes about ten working days to get the visa package.

If you apply for an immigrant visa, you can check it at the US Consulate in China in official website, enter the file number, and wait at least three working days after the interview before you can check the visa application status.

After receiving the visa (affixed to the passport) and the attached visa package, the applicant should carefully check the information in the letter attached to the visa and visa package. Ensure that the information contained in the above letter is accurate.
