As a typical representative of overseas development of China students, Bai Ning founded a research and training institution in Bai Ning, hoping to explain the secret of success with his own personal experience and feelings, share successful experiences and open the door to success.

Bai Ning went from an international student who came to Canada alone with $600 to a successful entrepreneur with consulting, education, tourism and newspaper groups. His achievements have attracted worldwide attention and have been listed in WHO. At present, Bai Ning is also the chairman of Canada-China Science, Education and Culture Foundation, Canada Economic and Trade Council, Canada-China Professionals Association (CCPA), Canadian Professional Immigration Consultants Association (CAPIC), Patterson International Education Group and North American Restaurant Chain Group, making unremitting efforts to promote educational, scientific, economic and cultural exchanges between China and Canada.

Today, Patterson International Education Group has established an international education program in China, and one of the overtime programs for middle schools is jointly established by Patterson, the Canadian Ministry of Education, Nova Scotia, and Henan Experimental Middle School. There are more than 700 students now. Successive graduates have also successfully found their favorite foreign universities. At least so far, the school has achieved excellent results in overtime.
